Using this site and the Member Portal

Who these terms cover

These terms apply to every visitor to this public website, every Shop customer, and every member with Member Portal access. If you’re helping a Junior Court member with dues, orders, or portal access, these terms apply to the adult managing that account on their behalf.

Your account

Member Portal access is provided or coordinated by the Krewe. You’re responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for letting the Krewe know right away if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. Please provide accurate information when it’s requested.

Payments

Membership dues are paid through the Member Portal; merchandise, parade throws, and eligible event tickets are purchased through the Shop. Both are handled through our payment processor, Stripe, once the Krewe’s Stripe account is connected, or by cash/check recorded manually by Krewe staff. See our Payments, Cancellations and Refunds page for details. We do not store your card number on our servers.

Acceptable use

Please don’t use this site or the Member Portal for any unlawful purpose, attempt to access another member’s account, or attempt to disrupt or interfere with the site’s normal operation.

Intellectual property

The Krewe of Centurions name, crest, and the blade-and-laurel mark used throughout this site, along with the site’s text, photography, and design, belong to the Krewe of Centurions and Main Street Design. Please don’t reproduce them without permission.

Information accuracy

We work to keep parade, event, leadership, and membership information on this site accurate and current, but some details (like this year’s parade route, date, or Royal Court) are updated as the Krewe confirms them and may not always be final. Where information is still being confirmed, the page will say so.

Limitation of liability

This site and the Member Portal are provided on an “as is” basis. To the extent permitted by law, the Krewe of Centurions is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the site.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana, where the Krewe of Centurions is based.
